The Pricing of the Registration fees & Training fees may vary from level to level. The customer must visit Abu Dhabi Chess Club & Mind Games website and the Event Regulation when required for latest pricing

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED
Exclusions and Limitations
The information contained on this link is provided on an ” as is ” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Club:

However, Abu Dhabi Chess Club & Mind Games does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. None of your legal rights as a consumer are affected waived by contract.
Business uses of our Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Abu Dhabi Chess Club & Mind Games and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys* fees.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation should Submit within 92 hours from the payment time, notice of cancellation is required. Such notice Should be given by email and will be accepted subject to written confirmation.
Cancelation within 92 Hours from the payment time will be 100% refund and the refund process will take 15 days.
Cancelation after 92 Hours from the payment time will not be receive a refund.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Modifying and Terminating our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Disclaimer
The “Club” shall, under no circumstances, be liable for incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages that may arise as a result of your use of, or inability to use, the website, including—but not limited to—the loss of income, reputation, business, or data, or computer malfunction or misoperation, or any other damages.
The user of this website is subject, in addition to this agreement, to the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the international laws and conventions to which the UAE is a party. Therefore, the user is not entitled to use the “Club” logo or the contents of its website, which are protected under applicable intellectual property laws within the country and the international conventions concluded in this regard, without prior permission from the Center and following the approved procedures in this respect.
